Ted Davis is the President of Innovative Professional Learning, LLC.
Experience
He served as Director of Professional Education for the Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22 in Doylestown, PA for over 25 years. In this position, he had major responsibility with 13 districts and intermediate unit staff for professional development credit courses, workshops, seminars, academies, teleconferences, videoconferences, and graduate school partnerships with Lehigh, St. Joseph's, Penn State, Gratz, West Chester, Temple, East Stroudsburg Universities, as well as the University of the Arts.

Roles
Ted has served as both a regular and special education teacher, training specialist, and federal programs coordinator. He has been the President of the Pennsylvania Staff Development Council, President of the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education, and has served on the planning committee for the National Staff Development Council. He has been a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development and the Pennsylvania Federation of the Council for Exceptional Children, which presented him with the Educator of the Year Award.
Speaking
He is a regular speaker at state and national education conferences, and continues to help coordinate state events.
Arts
He has a particular interest in theater, film and television. He has produced and directed over 25 classical plays and was Managing Director of a Shakespeare in the Park series in Bucks County, PA. He has served as crew member on a number of feature films, including Spielberg's Catch Me If You Can, and has acted in A Beautiful Mind, Unbreakable, Like Mike, Invincible, Revolutionary Road, Ed, Hack, Traveler, The Sopranos, and Sex and the City.
